- We use competency-based recruitment techniques and follow a structured interview process. Interview information is recorded and archived.
- We ensure that reference checks are an honest representation of the referees’ statements. As far as possible, references are recorded verbatim. Independent verification of academic records, credit standing, and criminal and civil records is available on request. We are also able to conduct relevant psychometric tests on candidates.
