Be part of the Employee Engagement - EESAŠ Survey - 2010
Productivity and Talent Retention in the New Business Reality

By taking a few minutes to complete our unique national survey, now in its second year, you can help shape the way in which companies engage with employees across the country, for mutual benefit. You are invited to be part of the 2nd national Employee Engagement Survey South Africa. The key findings from the Employee Engagement Survey in 2009 revealed that the new world of work has started to take root in the collective thinking of employees, forcing an overhaul of our understanding of organisations and people. Employers, for their part, must start to focus on offering meaningful, challenging work which tests peoples' resourcefulness, rather than appealing only to organisation identity and values.

The survey will assess the factors which influence employee engagement, the engagement exchange process and also will measure the consequences of employee engagement including advocacy, job satisfaction, effort, organisational commitment, intention to stay and job satisfaction.

This confidential survey will take you no more than 20 minutes to complete and all interested participants will receive an Executive Summary of the results. The survey closes at midday, the 27th September 2010.
